About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley Samano, the founder of Pacific Pathways Tutoring! I was born and raised in Northern California and have always enjoyed reading, writing, and learning. After high school, I earned my bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and went on to complete my master’s in education at Stanford, along with my teaching credential in English and History. I’ve been in education since 2020, and I truly love what I do!
My approach to tutoring is all about meeting students where they are and helping them build the skills they need to succeed—whether that’s preparing for the CAASPP, getting ready for private school entry exams, or just feeling more confident in their reading and writing. Every student is different, and I love finding the right strategies to help them thrive!
When I’m not tutoring, I’m spending time with my husband, baby, and our dog. You’ll usually find us at the beach, out on a walk, or curled up with a good book. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey—let’s get started!
